Registration Fees

Important Information:

  • • DIAD and DIAL are two parallel conferences and workshops.
  • • You can choose to attend either conferences or both.
  • • The DIAD and DIAL conference timings does not conflict.
  • • Workshop registration is open for only conference delegates with extra charges
  • • Conference and workshop registration fee are subject to 5% VAT as per UAE law

Onsite Registration

Registration desks will be located at the foyer of the Ballroom at the venue.

The registration desks will be open on the following dates and time:

08:00 – 19:00 Thursday, March 1st, 2018

08:00 – 19:00 Friday, March 2nd, 2018

08:00 – 19:00 Saturday, March 3rd, 2018


1.    Items and activities not availed by the delegate will not be reimbursed.

2.    Registration fees vary according to payment date.

3.    Registration cannot be confirmed without payment.

4.    If the payment is made after the deadline of the selected period, the registration fee of the following period will apply and the difference will be invoiced for immediate payment.

5.    Upon successful payment, an automated receipt and confirmation of your registration will be sent via email.

6.    Delegates without proof of payment will not be allowed access to the event.

1.    If a registered delegate cannot attend the event, a substitute colleague may be accepted before 1st February 2018. After this date cancellation fees apply.

2.    Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by e-mail to, indicating the delegate registration ID and the name of substitute.

3.    The substitute must be from the same organization.

4.    If a delegate has to cancel his/her registration before 1st January 2018 the full registration fee will be reimbursed (less USD 75 refund charge)

5.    100% cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations received after 1st January 2018.

6.    No-shows will not qualify for a refund.

7.    Reimbursement will not be given for early termination of attendance.

1.    Acceptance of the terms and conditions above constitutes a legal binding contract under UAE law.

2.    The organiser accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by the speakers, chairmen, moderators or any other persons at the event.

3.    Participants are required to abide by the local UAE law and local customs.

4.    Please note that delegates with inappropriate attire might not be allowed into the conference venue.

5.    The organiser will do its utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented online in regards to the program, speakers, and participants. However, it will not be liable in the unexpected event that a speaker does not attend the conference.

6.    The organiser reserve the right “in extreme circumstances” to change the time and meeting venue.
